Justine Williams

My career in financial services started with working in statutory administration, including company formations and take-on procedures. This resulted in my working as a Company and Trust Administrator for both international and independent Jersey Trust companies. I gained experience working with a variety of corporate structures including private and public companies, partnerships and foundations with jurisdictions including Jersey, Guernsey, BVI, Panama and the Cayman Islands. I gained the qualification for the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) in 2007. Following this, I was a Manager at an independent Jersey trust company, responsible for a team of 5 administrators, providing fiduciary and administrative services to a wide range of asset structures for European private wealth clients. I have also worked for a multi-national trust company providing administration services for Middle-Eastern clients.

I joined BKS in August 2017 providing services for discretionary, charitable and life interest trusts, UK and European residential and commercial property holdings, investment portfolios, a vessel chartering structure and private investment structures.

I have a degree in Art History and have a keen interest in the arts.
