bks family office is owned by the three founding directors and the three other companies are wholly owned subsidiaries of bks family office limited.

Predominantly serving private clients, having commenced trading in December 2008, by 2010 nearly half of bks’s business comes from Jersey and the UK with the other business coming from more than 10 countries spread across four continents.

bks acts as family trustee on over 50 trusts, including private trust companies and charitable trusts.  Often the trusts we administer include trading companies or substantial share holdings in family owned businesses which are either pre or post flotation.

bks operates (including the provision of directors) more than 100 asset holding and trading companies in a number of jurisdictions including Bermuda, BVI, Cyprus, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Isle of Man, Jersey, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

The value of assets under administration is significant - over £1,000 million.
